Designed during lock down and perfect for the summer this sessionable extra Pale Ale was brewed with added wheat and oats to enhance the flavours of Citra and El Dorado hops. Enjoy the light bitterness and super soft mouthfeel. High Five!

The second of our contact series brews and another Pale Ale Summer Smasher. Fist Bump is a slightly ramped up version of our first in the series, High Five. The malt bill sees an increase in specialty malts which we use to create the full body mouthfeel. The hops have also been elevated with Citra bringing one of it’s best pals Amarillo to the party in the kettle. If that’s not enough Amarillo invited Mosaic to join in with the Dry Hop jive!

Boom! Packed with pithy bitterness the third and final beer of our contact series sees another increase in specialty malts, ABV and of course HOPS bringing it firmly into IPA territory. This Hazy Session IPA delivers stone fruits to both your nose and palate where the bitterness is balanced with the malty sweetness which all lead to a long lasting flavour sensation.

One of those beers that behaved itself every step of the way during brew day. It put a smile on our faces and it doesn't disappoint in the glass. Expect a thick, cloudy sup that's soft and fruity. Enjoy!

5 varieties of grain, 6 varieties of big hitting hops and more than a generous amount of lactose go into this udderly delicious Pale Ale.

This dark matter is simply out of this world!
A smooth milk stout, brewed with a mass of cacao nibs, aromatic tonka beans and an interstellar dusting of lactose. If that’s not enough, we wormholed it onto a bed of toasted coconut, more cacao nibs, tonka beans and vanilla pods where it docked, soaking up all that flavour.

Good gourd autumn is here! We’re celebrating this season with the mighty pumpkin. This ale is a glowing orange with a delicious mellow sweetness. We added a liberal douse of mixed spice to makes all things nice. Now go kick some leaves!

With a soft silky mouthfeel this Hazy IPA is laced with Mosaic and Motueka bringing fragrant, exotic fruit to the fore and Sorachi Ace for a backbone of lychee and peach. We’ve used a special aromatic yeast strain to add even more stone-fruit flavours. High flavour, balanced bitterness and a distinctive, creamy mouthfeel.

Super pale and hop forward session NEIPA. Galaxy, Citra hot side and Citra, Mosaic cold side colliding in force to deliver peach, apricot and pineapple. Makes your burps taste great!

This Porter is stuffed full of Christmas magic. Brewed with fruits, spices, sugars, almonds and black treacle to bring a delicate festive taste into your glass. Mrs Bliss purposely kept the ABV low in the hope that Mr Bliss would actually see the end of this year's Queen's speech.
